Up in the air

Thats where we are... up in the air. Thought that it might be a good moment for an update on our BLOG. Still can't believe that we have really began our Round the Globe adventure.

On Tuesday 22/2 we flew from Alicante to London... and the fun begins... our first anecdote... once we got to Gatwick we had to take a train to Brighton where we were going to be staying with Guillermo's cousin Belen. We bought our ticket and the guy just muttered: "go to platform number four"... so there we went, got on the first train that stopped there. After about an hour I see that we are entering in London... Eing?? London???? This is not right!! So I say to Guillermo: "honey I'm gonna go and check if we are going the right way." Of course we weren't!! Poor Belen waiting for us at the station. Well after a text message and one and a half hour more on the train we got safe to Brighton ;-)!!

I must say that Brighton amazed me, it is such a cool little town. Full of vintage stores like Kiliwatch in Paris, bookstores... Music is everywhere, beautiful cafeterias and cool pubs!!

Aquí estamos... en el aire! Pensé que podría ser un buen momento para actualizar un poquito nuestro Blog. Todavía no nos podemos creer que ya haya empezado nuestra Vuelta al Mundo.

El martes 22/2 volamos de Alicante a Londres, una vez ahí empezó la diversión... aquí os cuento nuestra primera anécdota. Cuando llegamos a Gatwick teníamos que coger un tren para Brighton donde nos íbamos a quedar con LA PRIMI BELEN. Compramos nuestros billetes y el taquillero nos dijo:"sale del andén número cuatro" pues ahí vamos, nos subimos en el primer tren que paró ahí... después de una hora veo que estamos entrando en Londres y me quedé como... Eing?? London Bridge???? Le digo a Guille:" Cariño, voy s mirar si vamos bien jajaja y como no íbamos MAL, justo al otro lado y pobre Belén ya esperando en la estación de Brighton ... pero bueno después de un SMS y una hora y media más llegamos sanos y salvos a Brighton!!


Nos encantó Brighton, es una pasada de sitio. Lleno de tiendas vintage rollo Kiliwatch en Paris, librerías antiguas, tiendas de vinilos... La música se siente en cada esquina y las cafeterías y pubs son como de un cuento.
